I incorrectly identified the name of the staff member that did not offer good service my last visit. The guy's name is Stan. He is not a good professional Feedback: I messed up and gave the wrong name on my comments describing bad service. You can make sure Stan knows he treated me bad. I drove 45 miles away for what another store claims was a simple process. Stan was a rude individual and needs to realize his bad attitude is wrong

Horrible! Thad an older gentleman was very rude and unhelpful in so many ways. His attitude did not understand that answering questions and helping the buyer supplements his pay check. Is he a manager? If he is this should go over his head to someone who can correct his approach with customer relations. I have shopped with this company a long time but may consider buying somewhere where the staff is more knowledgable. His response to me was, "call corporate". Said in a very disrespectful way in regards to a return on a faulty part. Another young guy (long hair) was there had a bad attitude as well. I guess there iPod was more important than a buyers needs. Allen finally entered and helped reprint an invoice needed to correct the problem. Both the other associates seemed helpless for this and also showed no real interest in it either. Feedback: Make sure someone who can train associates for buyer interactions are prepared to accomplish simple tasks. Thad and another associate made me feel criminal for even bringing back an item. This shouldn't go ignored. They did it to me and I am a very simple person to please and work with. He had his ear buds in listening to music, I guess, while I waited to be helped. Really?!
